My name is Andrew Field, I love float fishing and making fishing floats.

My floats are made with meticulous attention to detail from the highest quality materials available. Many of my floats are inlaid with feathers found in old fly tying kits, stuffed birds or other sustainable resources. All floats are handmade by myself, all the cork, balsa, reed, quills and cane are hand shaped perfectly so your float will look and fish beautifully.

Handmade Floats, Traditional Floats, Bamboo, Split Cane, Leather and Leather & Canvas Float Tubes. New Carbon Stick Floats and a Allcock Gazette Float

Hello Float Anglers

I Have uploaded new images of the long awaited float tubes, they are handmade from leather and leather & canvas. Made in a traditional style from high grade reinforced leather with brass buckle & fittings these unique tubes are a great way to keep your floats safe & sound.

There are also pics of a Alcock style Fishing Gazette float made with fixed stem and 4 eyes to be fished bottom end or slider style. And a new carbon stem stick float, these ones are big at 10 inches long with a nice tapered body and large red tip. I have named them "The Steroid Stick Float" but they could easily be made in smaller sizes. There are also a superb set of balsa avons with kingfisher feathers, there are 4 sets of 4 floats with different feather & thread patterns. Lovely!! They were the most fiddly floats ive made as they were so small!
